We spend the afternoon in the nature, learning about wildherbs and finnish sauna traditions.
We start by setting the sauna and hottub and take a walk in the woods picking herbs for a footbath. While we wait for the sauna and hottub to be ready we'll enjoy herbtea with healthy local snacks. Our nature specialist will guide you throught the cleansing peat treatment in our woodwarmed sauna. Refreshments are offered.
