We want to provide ecologically sustainable services, respect biodiversity and preserve local culture in our tourism services.
Sustainable cooperation with other small entrepreneurs and local businesses creates positive impacts on the local community and ecosystem, which is good for all of us.
We also want to set an example in educating people about responsible tourism practices and promoting ecological awareness. We hope to provide positive insights for visitors and the ecosystem in our local area. The principles of responsible tourism and sustainable development have always been present in our services for almost 18 years.
For our commitment to the path of sustainable development, we have been awarded the Green Key environmental certificate and Visit Finland's Sustainable Travel Finland label.
The certificate and label have been verified by an external auditor for the year 2025.

By applying for the certificate, we have demonstrated our commitment to minimise the negative impact of tourism on the environment, economy and society and to promote positive results in all these areas. Our efforts to reduce waste, conserve energy and water, and support local communities have made a significant contribution to the environment and the sustainability of the tourism industry. We are now in our fifth year of using fossil-free, eco-labelled electricity.
By continuing this work, we want to encourage and inspire others to follow our example in creating a sustainable future for tourism.
Our sustainability work will continue to evolve and only in the coming years will we see the real results and be able to measure how successful it has been.
