Traditional Sourdough Baking Workshop
This workshop is perfect for colleagues, friends, or small groups. Have you been dreaming of getting your hands into the dough and enjoying freshly baked, homemade sourdough bread, but feel unsure about where to start? Or perhaps your sourdough starter has been sitting neglected in the back of the fridge and you just can't seem to get it working properly?
Join us to discover the joys of sourdough baking and learn practical tips for maintaining and using a sourdough starter. During the workshop, we will also enjoy tasting the baked goods together.
At the end of the day, each participant will take home a freshly baked warm sourdough bread and own sourdough starter.
If desired, the workshop can be held at Kaustinen Pelimannitalo, using its traditional wood-fired baking oven. (The venue rental fee for Pelimannitalo will be added to the workshop price.)
Price: €400 per group (5 to 8 participants).
